Details: ICE Services

Location: London, England

Design & Fit Out: HOP

ICE Services is the world’s first integrated licensing and processing hub. As ICE grew, their old office no longer reflected who they had become. HOP set out to create a new home that connects their people, celebrates their culture and offers genuine choice in how they work. It’s a workplace shaped with their people, not just for them.

The result is an uplifting, flexible, future-ready workplace where collaboration feels effortless and focus comes naturally.

The journey begins in a bold, open welcome zone with no reception desk, just energy. Created as a multifunctional hub designed to host team meeting, company events or just a casual chat over a coffee.

Beyond that, light-filled desking areas and a variety of spaces invite people to think, create, meet, and recharge. Every zone has purpose and every detail is a touch of ICE’s personality.

This was true co-creation. Through workshops and feedback sessions, the ICE team shaped the design at every stage, influencing the palette, the flow and the feel. The result is a workplace that doesn’t just represent them; it belongs to them.

As a workplace interior photographer in London, projects such as this become a showcase piece for my portfolio due to the unique design and wealth of features.
