Details: Global Venture Capital Firm

Location: London, England

Design & Fit Out: Oktra

This global investor client required a distinctive identity for their new workspace, separate from their corporate umbrella, while reflecting their position in the private equity investment sector. The resulting fit-out is a warm, sophisticated environment that leaves a lasting impression of quality and professionalism.

A striking illuminated fluted column serves as the centerpiece upon entry, setting the tone for the space. The journey continues to an elegant teapoint, crafted with premium materials, designed for both daytime and evening client entertaining. Adjacent to this is a flexible boardroom with folding doors, allowing the area to expand into the social space. This seamless transformation enables the space to function as a formal meeting room or a refined venue for client events, entertainment and conferences.

Drawing inspiration from the nearby St. Paul’s Cathedral, the interior design incorporates elements of local London architecture, adding a timeless aesthetic. Biophilic elements, acoustic materials and bespoke lighting solutions enhance natural light and prioritise employee wellbeing, delivering a balanced and thoughtful workplace environment.
