Zoom Video Communications, Inc. collaborated with workplace design and build leader UniSpace to create a new London office that would shape the future of work and collaboration, with Zoom’s industry-leading technology at its core for both UK employees and visitors.

Following a twofold increase in employee numbers over the past three years, Zoom sought to design a workspace that fosters meaningful hybrid experiences, accommodating remote, in-office and hybrid workers. To achieve this, UniSpace developed a range of flexible areas tailored to different work needs, ensuring both in-office and remote work can be seamlessly integrated.

The Engagement Hub was carefully divided into three distinct zones, each offering a unique sensory environment to support various workstyles. Zoom’s London headquarters is now an environment that combines a cutting-edge workspace with a next-generation Customer Experience Center.
