The primary objective of the workplace design was to create an open, inviting environment that would foster collaboration and break down silos between the various brand teams. With 14 brands housed under one roof, the design incorporates a diverse colour palette, reflecting the unique identities of each brand, while historic artwork celebrates Shiseido’s Japanese heritage.

This London fit-out represents a significant shift for Shiseido, moving away from a traditional office layout to a more inclusive, flexible workspace that centers around the needs and preferences of their people. The office serves as a ‘destination workplace,’ offering an ideal balance between work and home, making it an attractive space for new talent and key to employee retention.
