Details:  Boult Wade Tennant

Location: Salisbury Square, London, England

Design & Fit Out: Oktra

Boult Wade Tennant, a leading multinational intellectual property firm, sought to create more social and breakout spaces within their London office. As part of the design, designer Oktra wanted to pay homage to their client’s history of patents by introducing a ‘stained glass’ theme, inspired by the first recorded patent in England.

The new office fosters agile working, promoting a more diverse and collaborative environment. A standout feature is the striking teapoint, which includes diner-style booths with individual screens, allowing for both formal and informal meetings. Equipped with the latest technology and modern work practices, Boult Wade Tennant’s new office sets a benchmark as a pioneering model for future office designs.
