I love London’s commercial interior spaces. Hidden from general public view, with only a select few ever given the privilege of witnessing these amazing designs. Photographing interior architecture is a wonderful treat, with each building, office, foyer and atrium a masterpiece of angles, colour, materials and light. An enjoyable challenge as an interior photographer is to showcase these designs as the architect wants them to be seen. On occasions where the interior designer or architect is on-site, it gives me a chance to analyse the space and discuss their thoughts and decisions directly with them. When I’m alone, it’s an opportunity to interpret the design and flow and try to portray that in the most successful way, through a single photo. Here are some recent highlights.
