Deciding to build a career for myself as a London freelance photographer is the best choice I’ve ever made. From that initial day, I made a promise to myself to fully-utilise this valuable opportunity. For me, this means becoming a respected photographer and voice within the global photography community – one from which I’ve taken so much over the years. These goals will take time to fulfil, but nothing has motivated me more.
I specialise in two areas – commercial advertising and interior photography. My advertising photography has lead me to work with many diverse clients, across a range of industries, both client-side and agency-side. These include Hunt & Palmer, Royal Sun Alliance, Whitbread, Premium Credit, Friends Of The Elderly, Ingenie and Gary Lineker. I also work with a host of creative agencies across London. My interior and property photography sees me deliver for global clients such as Knight Frank and Airbnb, interior designers, architects, private home-owners, plus luxury London and Surrey property agents including Strutt & Parker.
Together with numerous magazine features, my proudest achievements are being awarded as a finalist in both the Hasselblad Masters 2014 and the Professional Photographer Of The Year 2013 – two of the most prestigious awards in the industry.
I don’t just use my camera for business photoshoots. I use it every day. I believe any true photographer should too! To express this love, professional photographer Stuart Tree and I run our own photography website – We Are SO Photo. It’s an online hub for photography tutorials, Adobe Lightroom retouching tips, videos, on-location reports, product reviews and interviews. If you’re in any way interested in photography, I highly recommend heading over there and taking a look. Be a part of our community and don’t forget to join me and our 13,000 subscribers on the We Are SO Photo – YouTube channel:
